RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY AND SHIPPING POLICY

The cancellation or modification of your order is possible as long as it has not been dispatched.

If the shipment has already taken place, you have a right of withdrawal. You will then have the choice of requesting a refund of your order or an exchange of an amount equivalent to the amount already paid with, if necessary, a bank supplement.

 

You can return a product if it does not suit you or if it does not correspond to what you ordered on our site. You also have the possibility of making an exchange if it has a defect.

To do this, first contact the dogs and co company to describe the problem you are having and to ensure that your return falls within our return policy.

Once the process has been validated, and in the event that a product is not suitable, the return of the products is made to the store in the original packaging, either directly to the store or by post at your expense.

In the event of a defect or error on our part, we bear the shipping costs.

You have a period of 14 days from receipt of your package to notify Dogs and Co of your wish to return the product to us, by e-mail to  dogznco@gmail.com

From the date of the return request, you have 15 days to return the product to us. Don't hesitate to consult our T&Cs.

We work with different carriers to ensure delivery methods that work for everyone.

As the prices are not harmonized between the different carriers, the amount of the shipping costs depends on the conditions of the service provider and the weight of the product and is indicated before the payment of the order.

 

We do not generate any margin on delivery costs
